Create the queue
Generation creates reviewable work; it does not create first value or publish anything.
- 1Open Work and review the current queue state.
- 2Generate a batch only when the current context is ready.
- 3Wait for the new items to appear in the queue.
- 4Open one item and compare it with the intended audience, offer, and channel.

Queue limits and next task
A populated queue is not proof of human-confirmed value.
- Queue generation alone does not qualify as a human-confirmed activation milestone.
- Do not approve all items simply because they were generated together.
- Use one item detail to edit, approve, schedule, publish, or resolve a blocker.
- Channel prerequisites still apply after approval.
