Review the available evidence

Start with delivery truth before interpreting outcomes.

  1. 1Open Insights and identify the item or lane you are reviewing.
  2. 2Confirm the bounded delivery state for the relevant item.
  3. 3Read only the metrics or signals that are actually present.
  4. 4Name any missing provider readback or engagement metrics.
  5. 5Choose one actionable change and apply it to the next reviewed item.

Interpret owned-lane evidence

Delivery verification and provider analytics are not the same thing.

  • For Website / CMS blog, verify the FlywheelBrander-owned delivery state; external CMS parity is not claimed.
  • For Newsletter, verify the owned distribution state; provider opens, clicks, and subscriber metrics are not guaranteed.
  • After publication, confirm delivery first, record blockers, and choose the next bounded task.
  • Do not treat an absent metric as a zero result.

Understand the weekly-cycle boundary

A weekly cycle requires human-confirmed activity in that same authoritative cycle.

  • Queue generation alone does not complete a weekly cycle.
  • Automated background delivery alone does not qualify as human confirmation.
  • Activity from another subject or another cycle does not qualify.
  • Current Docs do not claim a cross-request weekly-retro authority flow beyond persisted, verified product behavior.
